Order is perishable, therefore orders must be picked up at the agreed time. We cannot guarantee and will not be held liable if you are late. If you are more than an hour late, your money and your order will be forfeited.

Where food is prepared, cooked, perishable or otherwise are transported , you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sweet Dreamz Luxe Treats, their affiliates, direct or indirect, officers, employees, and agents resulting in personal injury, accident or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in an order transaction.
